DIGITAL AGREEMENT CONTRACT

Intellectual Property: As part of the terms of participation, the participant mentioned in this agreement, agrees to mention, credit Cheshire Fashion Week, models and others involved, in all photos and videos taken during the event, for any use, postings on social media, and/or postings on public platforms.

Non-disclosure: As part of this agreement, the participant agrees not to disclose, use, any confidential information such as trade ideas, sponsorship information, or client participating in the event, intellectual property to third party or for any purpose other than that for which this partnership is formed. It is important to note that this contract may be shared with the local authorities, tax authorities, solicitors, and accountants as evidence when needed.

Designer Terms Of Participation: Fill in this form which confirms the offer to be a guest designer at Cheshire Fashion Week Arts' on the 17th June 2023, a presentation of Chester's Fashion History - Defining Moments. We are developing the Fashion Week Arts program and we would like you to showcase your collection that should feature any of the following key themes; sustainability, couture, history, or culture.This agreement confirms your acceptance and a full fee waiver and agreement to the terms of this offer as a showcasing designer slot. Unless canceled within 28 days of the booking, bookings are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to future events.
