When you visit our website and fill out a contact form or application, you are trusting us with your information. This means we decide how to use it and are responsible for protecting it in accordance with GDPR. 

This policy outlines how we collect and use your personal data during your visits to our websites, in accordance with GDPR. When you submit a form, we also collect additional information that we store with your application. We gather information about your activity on Cheshire Fashion Week platforms (apps and websites) to contact you and send you updates through our newsletter, from which you can opt out. Additionally, we may collect call and message log information, such as your phone number.

Refund Policy

Refunds for non-attendance cannot be issued under any circumstances. No refunds will be issued on any bookings unless there is a "force majeure" event that makes it impossible to hold the event.

 We would like to notify you that events will be captured on camera and photographed for promotional purposes. We kindly ask that all attendees under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you!
