Data policy:  Where we refer in this policy to your ‘personal data’, we mean any recorded information that is about you and from which you can be identified. It does not include data where your identity has been removed (anonymous data). When you visit our website and fill in a contact form or application, you’re trusting us with your information, this means that we decide how to use it and are responsible for looking after it in accordance with the GDPR. 

This policy describes how we collect and use your personal data during your visit to our websites in accordance with GDPR. When you submit a form, we also collect information that we store with your application. We collect information about your activity on Cheshire Fashion Week platforms (Apps & websites), which we use to do things like contact you, email you updates on CFW through our newsletter - you can opt out. We may collect call and message log information like your phone number.

Refund policy: We cannot refund for non-attendance under any circumstances.; Refunds will be considered within 30 days of booking as per trading standards laws and dependent upon evidence of compassionate reasons given. 

Two parts instalments are accepted on a two-monthly  payment basis (we have reduced rates for 2021 due to the pandemic therefore two part payments are on a case by case basis) but are completely non-refundable.
